the reflash is easy...... no shipping required (technically) You find somebody nearby with an SCT or Sykes tool, or buy an SCT or Sykes tuner from Ryan, and he emails the reflash.

Even if you have to buy an SCT or Syked tuner, it's a USPS small flat rate box I believe, can't be too terribly much to cross the northern border.
