It is PDF and takes a while to load even with DSL.
Some questions here about programming extra keys. I had thw same problem and the owners manual didn't help.
Go to section 8Q page 88, Vehicle Theft Security , 8Q-88 and there is the whole scoop on these keys.

Hmm...I've gotten a hold of the '04-'06, but not the '07 yet...anybody need a copy of the '04-'06, lemme know. I'll post it up somewhere to download. It's ~136MB pdf.
