my '05 durango MIL came on while I was driving and continued to flash on friday. On saturday it stayed on steady. Today it did not conme on at all as I was driving to Autozone to have it scanned. The gas cap is on tight. About a week ago, my airbag light stayed on while I was driving, and now is not on. Is there a problem with my diagnostic system? Is this going to be a big expense, or is there something I can do myself? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Could be the dash recall. THings have been going crazy and your case is one of the signs. If the recall has not been done on yours you need to take it in. THey do some resoldering to your instrument cluster. It just came out this month.
