I wanted to know if anyone has had problems dealing with Tim Whitehead Dealership in Enterprise, AL. If so, please let me know what the prob was. We have had a hell of a timedealing with them.Wehad our brand newDurango for 1 week and had to take it back to the dealership because of electrical probs. Only has 6400 mileson it and we had to take it back again for electrical probs. We have had 2 computers replaced.The dealership is rude and acts like we created the probs.Wanted to know if there were others like us. Thanks.

 

No, But I wouldcall chrysler/ dodge customer service and tell them the problem you are having with them. Also when you get your servey from the dealership, be should you give them zero's. This does hurt them on CSI and FFV too.
