This is my first post here, but I'm so grateful to have stumbled across this site!!

We have a 2005 Durango that we love, love, love!! (Except for the gas mileage... <sigh&gt Anyway, we moved in April, and my hubby drives the Durango to work every day. He has to park outside, because our garage isn't big enough for it. Sooooo, with Christmas around the corner, I was thinking about getting a remote starter installed so that he doesn't have to brave the cold this winter.

A friend who works for Saturn suggested that there may be the option of just activating an already existing function? Have any of you heard of this? I need to call the dealer, but I've been sick this week and haven't gotten them called.

If I do end up having to go after-market, what is the best way to do that?
