Default ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM????????????

[:@]Hi, has anyone else had this problem? I was driving down the road and the whole Durango started to shake. It almost felt like the tread was peeling off the tire. But when this happened it lost all power and acted like it wanted to die. It did not stahl, But when I tried to give it gas it was just bogging out. It kinda was like on a carburated vehicle that is cole when you mash the gas it just chokes. Does anyone else know what this could be? Your input will help. Thanks

I have a 2005 hemi durango and NO never had the prob BUT if it has only happened once maybe just some bad fuel (water in the fuel or something to that nature) wouldnt worrie about it unless keeps on doing it in which case start at the fuel filter and work your way up ( cheapest partsto more expensive parts) Oh one thing I find with my Durango that if i hit the ignition key it will do something sim to what you describe but it stalls out and then I just restart and go ( no big deal)

It has actually done it two times the first time was about 2 weeks ago. On the interstate. And then it quit. I had the fuel pump go out on my 94 Dakota once and it really doesnt seem similar, but I will check into it, Thanks.

Just wondering was new fuel put in since first time happening and if so do you use the same gas station all the time if so you might want to change stations to see if it happens again!!! It sounds like bad fuel (not fuel pump) just plain bad fuel so you should change the fuel filter first..
