I just bought the 2004 Durango Hemi 2WD with only 21,000 miles on it 3 weeks ago. Last week I got it caught in a rut here in Northern California with icy conditions and the truck fish tailed from underneath me. I wound up rolling it twice. Get this though...no airbags popped out! Never-the-less, insurance covered it and thankfully I had GAP insurance.

 

Wow that's horrible man! Glad you are okay. Did your rig have the Esp and if not do you think that would of helped? This is awful...

 

Air bags are only meant to be deployed on frontal impact. Say you get rear ended, your air bags go off, you go flying into on coming traffic and slam another car head on. Air bags only work once. Btw, sorry for your loss.

 

I glad you came out ok! I just had mine D for a month yesterday! But sure glad you survived the roll over!

 

Sad luck, but at least you are ok
