Mil code for 2006 durango

My MIL came on last week, the auto parts store said the code is P04020... what does that code mean? what do I need to replace?

Are you sure that the code isn't P0420.

That would be an oxygen sensor code. How many miles on your 2006?? Is it still under warranty???
