Looking at an 05
The dealer by me has an 05 4.7L with 31K on it the want $15,995.00 thats abbout a grand more than others are going for in the area. I can work on the price but I wanted to know if anyone has any problems with theres. I have an 01 that has been prety good the only big things were the pcm and now a p/s pump and lines but it's covered under the extented warr. with $100.00 ded. any thoughts? Thanks.

2005 was the second year of the Gen 2 D. They had their issues, but the only major thing I recall were some of the earlier Hemis having valvetrain issues.
In any case, as long as you would be the second owner, if you go with it make sure you get the remainder of the 7/70 powertrain warranty transferred into your name.
As far as price goes, I am sure they will whine that its worth the extra money because of the low miles. However, with the way the market is you have the upper hand because SUV's are not selling well at all.
