It is a pheonomenon associated with alot of different vehicles. 3rd gen Camaros cannot be driven with the windows down at highway speeds it is so bad. Just the way the aerodynamics work, the inside of the vehicle creates a huge vaccum as you drive with the windows down. On some cars the air rushs in at just the right frequency.
I Agree 100%
The PT cruisers are REAL bad with all the windows down

The more windows open the better it is. At highway speeds if I don't have front and rear open as well as the sunroof, it is so bad. I guess the best thing to do is close em all up and run the a/c. It probably has something to do with the smallish windows and aero shape of the truck.

I bet Seanery and I could talk a lot about owning a Range Rover. I had a 99 Range Rover HSE Callaway edition, and have owned just about every SUV under the sun. I love SUVs and can tell you that the Durango finally answered my needs. It has all the stuff I have been looking for with great style to boot. I went cheap in the powerplant opting for the 4.7 Mag and find that the vehicle is more than sufficiently powered. I say hooray for Dodge in their bold project. This is a great vehicle and is sure to make light work of its competitors.

Here's to putting 87 in my tank and not replacing anymore air bellows!

Hi All,

New to the forum. Having my Hemi Limited delivered in 2 wks... Had a question on the performance as I couldn't find stats despite an exustive search. Has anyone actually a timing for 0-60mph for the Hemi?

Thanks

In the last 12 month period (only about 6500 miles) I owned my RR I put over $3700 in repair and maintenance in it! This was only an 80,000 mile vehicle and was not abused or neglected. It's just sickening how poorly those things are screwed together.

3900 miles later I still love my Durango. It is a much stiffer, more solid, larger platform that fits the bill well.

My only complaints to date are:
1. No dead pedal
2. Non-opening rear hatch glass
3. Above mentioned buffeting is pretty annoying.
