Parental Lock

I have never used the DVD player in my 2004 Durango. Now that I try I can not get the Parental Lock unLocked. I tried the button on the back like the manuel say... but it dosen't work. Can anyone help me?

Try hitting the menu button (or the button next to the on/off round button) as this will cycle through CD, Satellite radio, and DVD,
