Hello guys I just want to know if anyone can help me with my Durango that has a very small
leak in the cooling system.. I have taken it for repair two times and it does cool but after a couple of months it is back to where it was and now I would like to take a try at searching for the leak.. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it and dont worry I have done work on the car and I am handy.. Thanks for any help..

 

If it were a Gen1, I would say to look for the evap to be leaking.

Have you refilled with dye blended freon and then looked for the leak via a black light?

One can to the low side.

 

I am not a Gen2 AC repair expert. So... with that said, I believe the valve on the can you will get will only fit on the low pressure port. NOT the high pressure port.

Again... NOT an expert here. Perhaps others will chime in.
