I have a 2005 Durango that has something moving under the drivers side.
It is like a slight vibration under my feet and makes a slight clink. usually occurs on roads that are not totally smooth and has little ripples. if I am on dirt road it is more noticeable.

 

Have you seen your neighbors cat lately.....? I would check the tie rod (and your suspension) as mine broke twice in two years,
