Default Acess to Junction Box

On the left side of the drivers seat is a kick plate covering the Junction Box, which has fuses for accessories. I need power for a remote door lock/unlock system, and want to tie into this panel so I don't have to run a circuit all the way to the battery, and because I need a key switched power signal.

Does anyone know how to get the kick plate off to access the wiring behind this panel?

Thanks

A flat edge of a screwdriver should be able to fit into the indent in order to access the fuses,

Thanks for replying, but I need to get behind the fuses to the wiring. Getting the door off to the fuses is easy. I want to use some of the spare fuse holders if I can, and otherwise tie into the wiring harness. I cannot get the bolts off that secure the fuse block through the fuse access door, so I need to get the kick plate molding off. I expected that it is just some plastic tabs, but I could not get it loose with some gentle pulling, and don't want to break it.
