Default 2007 4.7 towing

Hi All. Well I am new here so be gentle. LOL
Just got a 2007 4.7 Durango with 40200 miles for $15,900. I think I got a good deal and today is my last day to return if choose to. I am pretty sure I am gonna keep it.
Anyway, I digress.
I have a 24ft. travel trailer [1999 Layton] with a 4500 gvw empty. I am using a trailer weight of 6000 as my total weight for comparison purposes.
I am sure that this does not have a tow package. I am going to get a build sheet today. No hitch or wiring that i can see. Now adding those are not a problem.
After reading for a while it seems that it may have some of the needed cooling components as default. It is pouring down rain and cant crawl under now.

My questions are these.
Do you think it is necessary for me to add any additional cooling components? IE trans, power steering coolers.
Is there a harness that will simply plug in rather than splicing? 7 pin round
Is there also a break controller that will plug in?
what type of hitch.
I have seen the small ones with a 2" receiver that bolt under the existing cross memeber with drilling a few 1/2 holes.
I have also seen the more extensive ones that attach to the side frame rails.
What are the differences for a class III and IV aside from the ratings.
is it just the addition of a weight distribution hitch?

I was in a jam as my other truck got totaled and I start a new job on Monday and was not all that comfortable buying this truck without more time to research, but the more i check it out the more confident I feel that this will fit the bill nicely.

Please tell me I made a good choice. LOL

Thanx for your input.

John

A search on this iste produces alot of results. Here are a few to get started:

https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...tow-hitch.html

and

https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...tow-hitch.html

These are for the first generation Durango, but should still apply to the second generation,
