Default Anyone install factory splash guards?

I can't find any installation instructions on-line for Mopar splash guards but the Husky guards require drilling holes. Has anyone installed the factory splash guards and does it require drilling holes? I'd like to do the project myself and save some money but I don't like putting any holes down where all the water and snow collects.

You may want to try buying a pair that does not require any drilling from www.stylintrucks.com or www.autotrucktoys.com if you have not already bought the Husky guards,

its easy you dont even really need directions. its pretty much just drill a hole through the mud flap and the inner wheel well then put the screw in. as long as you measure and make sure the mud flap is level then align the hole correctly. in some places you should be able to use existing screws to secure the flaps.
