Default Old Man and His Hemi

Finally got a decent vehicle (2005 Durango LTD with 5.7 Hemi) but the previous owners forgot to give up the RF headphones. Went to Augusta Dodge in Staunton Va and the Dum Dums gave me IR headphones. Is there anyone in SWVa who can steer me to a dealership or private party with working headphones. I was in AV for years so don't try to tell me there is no difference as others have. Also, how in the name of Odin do you reach the rear plugs on that hemi. I need to change all 16 of them.

Welcome to the site. I will move this thread to the second generation Durango section. The plugs are very difficult to reach in the back, but not impossible. Use Champion cooper or iridiums as the platimums sometimes cause problems,

I found some headphones for my 2006 Durango on ebay. They are not the EOM versions but they work fine. In fact, they are better than the originals in that the earpieces fold flat and are less likely to break like our original headphones did. It's been quite a while since I purchased the headphones but a simple search for Durango headphones will probably work.
