Has anyone else had problems with the seatbelt tensioner breaking when using child safety seats ? Also what size torx head is on the rear seatbelt anchor?

I have used a tool called a mighty tite for my kids car seats that puts alot of tension on the seat belt (also compresses the foam on the seat which will be damaged) and mine have worked fine after I removed it. I would have a mechanic look at it for the kids safety,
