sams club, I've ran regular and super and noticed a difference in the upper RPMs when running the super. I pretty much just run super since I drive like a teenager still.

I run premium 89, and have not had any problems.

So far, i've been running mid grade (87 octane where I live). I think my wife put some 85 in it, but didn't notice any issues.

Mid Grade, it was what the 5 star Agency (dealer) recommended.
