Default ABS Light and Cruise Control

I got a 2004 Durango with a Hemi and a couple weeks ago some worthless bastard had cut my brake line going to the right rear tire and the wire going to the speed sensor on the top of the rear differential, that my ABS light and Brake light come on. I replace the line and repaired the wire and my ABS light is still on. So I got a scanner to check ABS lights and it gives me code C1036 which is Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit. Seeing that I had already repaired that circuit I'm clueless as why is the light still on. Do anybody have any ideas as why the light is still on and how do I clear the code without going to the expensive dealer to fix it?

My other problem is Easter Sunday I was on the expressway and I tried to use my cruise control, so I press the button to turn it on and nothing happens, the cruise control light doesn't even come on in the instrument panel. Any idea what may be the problem here?

Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for a few minutes to reset the system. Does anything else on the steering wheel work? If nothing else works on the steering wheel it may be the clock spring, but I imagine the code is tripping the cruise control,

I try leaving the negative battery cable overnight one day and when I reconnected it in the morning the light was still on. Everything in my steering column stills works, I hoping that cruise control isn't working cause it has something to do with the ABS light being on.

Turns out a wire came loose, so I fixed that and the ABS light was off and the Cruise Control started working again. Also my transfer case shift motor is working right again cause it wouldn't shift into the 4Lock with the ABS light on and now it does no problem.

Who and why did someone cut your brake line? I would imagine that that is a serious offense along the lines of aggravated assault,
