I have an 06 Durango, and the stock radio doesn't recognize when you press to change the radio to the cd player, it does nothing. After searching for this problem i saw that a lot of people had this problem. I am wondering if there is a fix or if dodge has a fix for the problem.

 

I had this problem a few years ago. I dissconnected the battery and reconnected it and it worked again. I hope the same works for you.

 

Disconnect the negative terminal only,

i tried to disconnect the battery as well as only the negative terminal, if it makes a difference there are cds in the changer right now.
