This issue has been happening to a whole lot of Durango's if your under warrantee the dealership will fix it by replacing the fuel tank and filler neck. if your out of warrentee you will have to pay. There are some models that have made it to the recal but others have not.
I already filed a complaint on the NHTSA website and everyone with this issue should too.
You should also contact the person below who also is trying to get a recall implamented.
