Defroster only cooling and heating

My 2nd gen durango only blows a/c and heater air through the defroster, the rear a/c and heat work fine, any ideas?

Soulds like one of the air directional doors is not working. Could be a door actuator.
Some are vacuum, some are electrical servos.
