Default 2005 Durango brake lights out and cant shift out of park

I had a dead battery on the Durango last night so i got a new battery and it started beautifully. I then noticed that the radio wasn't working and that the door locks quit working also. I drove it to work this morning and replaced the radio fuse and searched for an hour to figure out what fuse controlled the door locks. I finally found it and replaced it.

I then got into the truck and started it and it wont shift out of park. I also noticed that I have no brake lights. I tried disconnecting the brake light switch and shifting out of park but that didn't work. I looked on the diagram of the fuse box in the owners manual and I found where the brake light fuse was but the fuse box under the hood is nothing like the diagram!

I have been messing with this for over 3 hours and I am at a loss on what to do!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
