Brought mine to the dealer today and they found a cracked vacuum hose in the eng compartment. It is the hose that comes off of the air filter box, runs around the engine and towards the back by the firewall. It then T's to the right and left. On the left (passenger side) is where the split was. They wanted something crazy like a $100 to fix it. I will replace the hose myself for a few cents by cropping out the bad part and splicing in a new hose piece. The mechanic said this would work perfectly.

I'll let you know when I do it and if it works. Right now I'm in the middle of replacing the front driver's side hub assembly......
