Default AUX input

I was thinkking of swapping my radio with an exact one but that has the AUX input. Would that work?

Some website sell the used radios from Chrysler 300 and chargers and say they would fit my 2005 Durango. Could that be true or too good to be true. The radios on the website do look exactly like mine but like I said they have the AUX.

Any feedback much appreciated.

If it fits DIN-wise, and uses the same bus, it will work.

DIN stands for Deutsche Institut fur Normung. The DIN format is the industry standard size for car radio slots. A single-DIN unit is 7.2 inches wide and 2.11 inches.

Just remember those famous words... "if the glove fits"

The AUX function of the radio should work fine. The question is, will the factory harness thats in your Durango match up with the radio you are looking at purchasing.

take your radio out and look at the connections, if the new one has the same connections it will plug in properly
