Default Coolant Leak

I got 2004 Durango 5.7 Hemi motor with only 80,000 miles and I got coolant leak from the front/timing cover. Its leaking from the right side of the engine and so far its not a real bad leak, I only have to add a little coolant about every two weeks. I'm trying to hold off until I get my tax return back and get a second ride because right now my durango is my only way around and it looks like a lot of work to get to this front cover gasket. I want to know has anyone ever came across this problem with about this many miles on there's?

I first thought yeah my water pump is starting to leak so me and my dad put a new one in. After that I still notice a there still was a leak, I look all around where the water pump bolts up to the engine and its dry all around there along with every hoses too. Then one day I just remove the air cleaner assembly and the duct to get a better look down there and started it up and just sat there and watch for any leaks. After about a minute of running you can see coolant start to drip from under the alternator bracket and fall right on top of the oil filter. Looking from the top just below the alternator you can see coolant pool up and track along the smean where the front cover and the block meets. I can see if my truck had like 150,000 miles on it then I would care that much, but to have a gasket like this one to fail at only 80,000 miles on a well taken care of engine that just some straight up bull$h!#. I been looking on other forums any car that has a modern hemi to try to see if any body else have the same problem as me but so far no one yet.

A new water pump or a remanufactured water pump?

Newly purchased is one thing, but can still be a reman. Most places only sell reman that's why I asked. Where and what did you get?

Absolutely doesn't mean it was new. They all sell remans 1st and new only if you ask (at a higher price of course)
