Default Wire route???

I have recently found need of installing a CB in my 2005 Durango. My question is: What is the best/easiest way for me to route my 2 speaker wires to the engine compartment from the inside cabin where my radio is located? Thus far I find that I need a 20 year old kids who is quite the contortionist to get up under the firewall. I appreciate any sound help here. My "Rango" was a under cover vehicle until we retired it, then became mine. Nice little package, 425HP gets (no shcit folks) ~lol~ 20-21 mpg on the interstate at 75. By the way men, I thank you for the intell on my last question. Thanks!

Default Wire running

if your radio is on the passenger side, there is a hole where the radio antenna is run, with a rubber grommet. I used this one when wiring in my stereo, just made a little hole in the grommet. If its on the driver side, i would use the same grommet that the hood latch uses, as it is fairly large hole.
