I just got a bi xenon kit with relay harness for my 04 durango HEMI. plugged everything up but nothing will come on. Only one side of the relay harness needs to be plugged in right? anyone that has help please help.!

 

You should have 2 things to plug in, from the vehicle harness to the relay, and from the relay to the bulbs.

Did you ensure everything is plugged in snug and no loose connections.

 

I have found that China likes to wire things different than USA. China Black is positive and Blue is negative. Also most hanress/relays need a ground wire near the bulbs?

Wire from passenger side is correct drivers side is left empty. Did you run the harness to the battery? Fuse in the relay harness good?

PM with your cell phone I will help. I have done several sets. You will need a ballast resistor on the low side to fool the Dodge computer.
