Just remove the large bolt in the center of diff. cover, pull links out of the way, and service it like any other diff.. The center bolt is pretty tight (I think 160 ft. lbs.). 75W-140 synthetic fluid should be used and if vehicle is equipped with limited slip it requires an additive. No gasket is available, just use axle rtv.

**service is recommended every 15,000.

250,000 on my Dodge, never changed the diff, transfer case, or tranny fluid. Still running.

I have a video I recorded on how to change both the front and rear differential fluid as well as the transfer case fluid if it is of any help to you. It is sort of a pain to do but not difficult if you have basic mechanical skills. A lift would make the job much easier!
