Rear hatch

What is the easiest way to remove the inside plastic on the rear hatch? I have a dent in the rear hatch that I am going to try to knock back out and get repainted.

Remove any screws and it just pops off. Should be easy.

Idea: Go to a junk yard and practice on theirs. Beats damaging yours.
