Default fan clutch help

Hello all, this is my first post on this forum

I'm looking for some help with a fan clutch on an 04 durango with 4.7L and max cooling.

I've had an overheating problem and have narrowed it down to a bad fan clutch. I initially installed a heavy duty fan clutch and the noise was rediculous, I also noted a significant loss of power on accelleration (felt like I was pulling a boat up a hill... and I'm sure it wasn't just the noise making me think so)
I returned that for a standard duty clutch and the noise was still unacceptable and never seemed to stop.

I've noticed listings for a reverse direction clutch and I don't know how to tell if that is actually the one I need.

Can anyone answer that?
Also, the clutched I bought were Hayden's. Is that the nature of an aftermarket clutch? I'm not sure if it would make a difference to try and find an OEM.

Thanks to anyone that can help out!!!

Had the same problem with my 05 4.7L 4X4. Ended up doing an electric fan conversion. Used a Chevy HHR electric fan (Auto Zone $65.00) and a DRALE adjustable elcetric fan controller (Ebay $52.00). Conversion was fairly easy usyng the original fan shroud. took about 4 hours. works great I set the fan to come on @ 200F and it goes off 10F below set temp. also wired to come on with A/C.
