Default Radiator Fans kick in Temp Modification

Hi all

I have installed the 180 t-stat & its perfect keeping temp low. But the cooling fans still starts @ predefined temprature. in my cas they never start untill i turn A/C ON or Temp reaches 195+ low & high when goes above 210+. is there a way i can reprogram fans to kick in earlier. what tool/device & how to do it most appriciated.

its 2008 hemi AWD.I did not install e-fan. it has only 2 e-fans & 1 mechinical fan..
Thanks

You will need a tuner such as Diablo Sport Tuner or SCT. I do not think there is any other way, but maybe someone else would know for a difinitive answer,

I could be mistaken, but I do not believe the SCT has the ability to change that. The Diablo might.

Once it is out of warranty, direct wire it to your own controller and do whatever you want with it. Under $150 and 2 hours max.

The Flex-a-Lite Part# 31165-VSC would work fine.

I am looking for something more finite adjustable however the same controller is what I run now and its fine for everyday stuff. And as for installation, it is easy. Real easy.

$99 on line.
