HI everyone..

New to the forum, so thanks in advance for any help. I bought a 2006 Durango in August and a few days ago the blinkers started acting funky. When I put on the left turn blinker, the right one turns on. Once in a while it will act correctly, but that is now not the norm. (When I put on the right one, the right side comes on).

Any thoughts?

 

I'd check into replacing the turn signal lever/multi-function lever.

I would check the bulbs, If had replace some bulbs and didn't put the correct ones in, You would get a feed back that will cuse the same thing that is going on now. It could also be the combo flasher turn/4 ways.

 

I have an 01 Dodge Ram 2500 and my blinkers are acting crazy too. Sometimes they'll blink properly and other times the lights will light up but they don't blink or they'll blink once or twice and then stay on steady. I have repalced the relay, the fuse and the multi-function swithc. Any ideas of what I can check next?

 

My 07 is doing the exact same thing. Left signal turns on right blinker randomly, right signal always turns on right blinker.

On my way to the mechanic to deal with other issues, the turn signal acted normal...and still is. The only thing now is when I use either the left or right turn signal during the daytime, the daytime running light on the same side goes out while the turn signal is on. Is that normal?

 

Same issue on a 2006, intermittent left turn, turns on the right signal light.
Anyone have luck fixing this issue? Turn signal lever swap out? Bad bulbs?
