Default Rear heat problem

I have a 2004 Durango v8 Hemi and my rear heat wont blow warm/hot air only cool air. The A/C is working just fine, any suggestions on what to check? And yes, I did make sure the temp setting was switched to the heat (red) side.....

Kgirl:

Check both hoses beneath the rear heater core behind the passenger side rear wheel to be sure both are hot.
If so, then the blend door as mentioned, OR could also be a failed aux coolant pump.

The door is the more common and sadly more costly repair of the two.

When you switch from hot to cool, is the air redirecting from down low for the heat to up top for the AC?

Yes, the air is redirecting. I took everything apart and the blend door is broken. Any idea on where I can get a new door? Local dodge dealer says I have to replace the entire unit just to fix the door. Any help would be appreciated.
