the visor should say keep it under 55, my 05 is 4wd and the drivers side visor says the warnings about suv's being tipsy and says in 4wd dont exceed 55 mph.
if you need 4wd you shouldnt be doing much more than 40 even on a highway so the 40/45 is a pretty good estimate, hell if i feel comfortable driving over 35 i drop it into 2wd
