Default could this a bad egr valve?

I have a 2005 Dodge Durango 5.7L Hemi with 4x4 w/ 77k miles. I have had to clean the egr two times in the last two years. I have noticed recently that at a stop light at idle the rpm needle will jump/pulse a little above the 700 mark. This is not a giant swing or anything...it just bounces a little on occasion. I have also felt a little rougher idle when I rest my leg on the door.

It seems to have not lost any power. No CEL or other warning. Should I just spend the 60 and replace the egr? Also, would this be a good time to change the pcv valve?

I replaced my EGR and PCV at 60,000 miles as preventative maintenance,

Do some searching in the 3rd gen Ram section. They have discussed this before over there, and their Hemi engines are extremely similar (if not identical) to the ones used in the Durangos.
