Default Miscellaneous parts - don't know the names

Hi, we are looking to sell our 2004 Dodge Durango SLT (4X2) and are looking to replace a few parts. I contacted a local Dodge dealer but can't tell if I'm getting a load of B.S. or if he's being honest.
1) the plastic cover over the fog lamp has broken. Do I need to replace the whole fog light assembly ($103 per dealer)?
2) The magazine/book holder that attaches to the back of the driver's seat has been ripped off. Is there a name for this? Do I need to replace the whole back plastic panel as he suggests for $122?
3) When you open the tailgate, there is a black piece of plastic that goes all the way across. It's no longer a solid black color. Should I spray paint this or replace it? Do you know what the name of it is?
4) On the end of the gear shift, there is a plastic button that you push in for tow/haul. We've lost that piece. Can I replace that piece or do I have to buy a whole new gear shift like the dealer says?

Thanks in advance!

I will venture to guess:

2) map pocket ?
4) dealer told me to replace the whole gear selector arm as the plastic piece with the rubber boot on the steering column broke. Strange, but atleast these delalers are congruent.
