Cause of 2004 durango hesitation

My Durango hesitates when accelerating from a dead stop. I have replaced the plugs and EGR. The plug wires are good. Any suggestions?

Clean the TB and change the trans fluid.Also couple tanks of fuel cleaner helped me.
