I have a 2005 Durango just bought it at a gov. auction. I noticed when i was driving it i felt a little resistance from the brakes themselves, not the pedal. The brakes seem to work just fine but a light was on and the resistance was very noticeable along with squeaking at all speeds. I took it to the a dealer the jacked it up, put it in neutral, and one tire would not spin at all by hand, and the other three were stiff. So i assume thats where i am getting my resistance, but the weird thing is that the calipers arent locked up, the brakes arent sticking, it is rusted up though, and they say i need to replace my whole brake system. But why would i have resistance if i am not applying any pressure to my brakes and they arent sticking?
