2004 Dodge Durango PCM Possibly?
I have a 2004 Dodge Durango, SLT, 4.7L V8, 4X4, and my engine light came on a few days ago and I scanned the system and received a p-code indicating the idle was too high. So I replaced spark plugs, Idle Air Control (IAC) Valve, Throttle Position Sensor (TPS), and reset the PCM because I was having idling issues with my 2004 Dodge Durango. It worked somewhat, but I believe I also developed a vacuum leak that was contributing to the high idling problem also. So I tighten down all my hoses and it seemed to have done the trick. Driving it this morning I could barely hear the idle which was very noticeable before. However, I drove it through the car wash today and all hell broke loose. The engine light came on while I was going through the wash cycle. The idle was back in the worst way. It was struggling to change gears and the whole nine yards. I also noticed that my locks while driving was not working along with my cruise control would not work. I put the OBDII scanner on it and it pop P-Codes of P0068 and a P01 23. After all these new parts I have installed, when will I know I need to replace the ECM/PCM? Anyone?

There is a tsb out for that coweling below the windshield... check to see if your getting water on the engine and coils when it rains or going.through car wash... seal it up or buy a new coweling piece and you should be good... i just used silicone along the top and around where the screws or fasteners are
