2006 Durango Hemi

My front aluminium grill has multiple air bubbles in it. wtf? Never knew that it can happen or what caused it to happened. What can i do to fix it? (besides replacing it)

My grille did the same thing. The 'chrome' plastic tape comes off. I got a new grille from the dealer and I thing it was $250.00. Ebay may have some new ones for sale cheaper. I sold my old one on eBay for $60.00. I am not sure how to fix it besides taking all the tape off and repainting it.
