Default Fuel Ratio rich and High air flow, constant limp mode when braking.

Dodge Durango 2004, 5.7L Hemi v8 174k Miles

Hi,
Its been about 2 year since it all this started and i just can't figure it out.
I am receiving the codes:

P2172 Throttle Actuator Ctrl Sys-Sudden Hi Airflow Detected

P0175 2/1 Fuel Sys Rich

When I am coasting or braking (Foot isn't on the gas pedal) my car will go into a limp mode and the ETC light flashes until I restart the car. When idle the cars RPM will fluxuate from around 600 to 1300

I changed the throttle body out recently and replaced the spark plugs a while back when all this first start, but now its getting really bad. I may try and replace spark plugs again.

Thanks

I believe Champion copper are the OEM spark plugs. Your PCM may be the cause.

Thanks for the reply Fascistfaction, what exactly are you saying here? that the spark plugs are causing the problem and I should reset the PCM?

I would look at the PCM.
