Default Key program failed

I tried to program some new keys and now my truck only clicks when trying to start. Is this normal if I have engaged the security system by failing to program correctly?

Ecat,

What model year truck do you have? The newer model year key's have to be reprogrammed at a Dodge dealer. This procedure consists of programming a blank Key Fob to the vehicle electronics. If you'd like additional assistance in reviewing your concern, you can PM me your VIN# and I'd be happy to help.

The starter clicks? That's not security OR a key issue. Is there more to the story? Why did you need new keys...etc?
