Default 2004 Durango Stalling while driving

I am completely frustrated. I have a 2004 Dodge Durango and 3x in the past couple months it has stalled while I'm driving 40mph (2x up hill, 1x rolling to a stop light) in clear warm weather. I have taken it to the dealership only to be told there is nothing wrong with it and they can't duplicate the issue. I have emailed Chrysler asking for help and they said they can't do anything. I am very concerned as this is my family car and I'm worried about my wife driving 65mph on the freeway and the car stalling...which could easily cause a wreck. This is clearly a problem and it is a safety issue ("but the computer says everything is fine and nothing has happened, it would show if something happened"-mechanic...ugghhhh)

Anybody had the same issue? any advice or direction for them to look?

My current plan is take it to another dealership and have them look.

Does it have the hemi? I read in a thread the other day someone mentioned this problem with the hemi engines...

Can you feel a difference just before it dies out while running?

Mine feel like it's in the process of shifting, but is actually dying out.
