Exclamation Stalling 2005 Durango Hemi

I have started to have issues with stalling.
First it only happened when it was cold, after a 2 or 3 minute drive it would sometimes stall at a stop sign.
Now, I observe that it is the same cold, warm, hot... occasional stalling making a normal stop. It always restarts instantly with no issues.
Last night it stalled when I was slowing for a turn... lost power steering was a clue so I popped it into neutral, restarted, and kept going.
All systems are regularly serviced, all is working very well except this one thing.

I am suspecting a fuel injection sensor but have no idea where to start looking. I am concerned that it will fail out on a back country road, I vive in a very rural area.
NO, I will not take it to a dealer!

All ideas welcome

Maybe a bad speed sensor. Any check engine codes?

I have no access to checking engine codes. Over at that other place folks are thinking it is the air idle control valve...
