My 07 Ram Sport Hemi was barely turning over and starting. I decided to replace the original battery. With the new HD Battery, it is still hard to start and won't always start. It appears that the starter needs replacing, which surprised me with it being a somewhat late model truck. After a long cool down, I can barely get it started. After checking connections, a new or rebuilt starter will be going in. Is this common with 5,7 Hemi engines?

A reman MOPAR starter corrected the problem.
