Default Weird! 2008 Durango won't stat with Remote Sometimes

Hi Gurus

I got strange problem, driving me crazy.
My Durango 08 Hemi wont start from the Keyless Remote sometimes.

I know it has builtin function, that if vehicle detects any problem (technical / security) somewhere, it will not allow to start form remote until it should be started manually with key in ignition.

Below is Senario

I parked my car after driving (no matter long or short trip).
I locked using remote.
after sometime (20-30 minutes) automatically ALARM triggered or now sometimes it does not get triggerd & I came back to start it with remote. it wont start until I manually get in to start it.
But it do unlock / lock /panic as normal.

I tried all remote FOBs.
I checked for any problem code its all clear, no codes found.
I reset through Battery removal method, no use.
I checked it with dealer, could not find any problem.
I replaced remote batteries, no luck

Looks like it detects soemething when its in Secure mode. what is it no idea.
It does not cause any problem during driving

any Help most appriciated.

mine does the same thing i found is you lock then unlock the truck and try it again it starts. i believe its due to the secerity not reconiving the doors all being locked when it locks them, i know if you open a door are the hatch or hood it will disactivate the remote start.
please post what you find so i can fix my own

mine is little different. the security alarm also gets triggerd automatically without any reason. I noticed it happens after I drive in rain. water gets in somewhere.
what I do is reset the car by removing battery negative connection for 1 2 minutes

if your alarm is being triggered its do to a short to some door sensor i would suggest the back hatch or doors do to the ****ty seals at bottom of the doors
