Default Crazy turn signal/ lighting issue 05 Durango

My right rear turn signal light does not flash. When I turn the lights on the bulb goes on it just doesn't flash. Everything else works fine.
I changed the socket assembly so that's not it.
The only other thing that is weird is when I lock or unlock the truck. The entire right rear light does not flash on and off like the left side.
I don't have a meter to check the connection but when I put my double flashers on and tap the connector I get a tiny spark in the bulb that is supposed to flash.
Could this be the taillight connector causing all this?
Thanks for any help.

OK thanks.
So an update. I changed the taillight connector and still doesn't work. Anyone have any ideas?

I would assume this as given but have you tried a new bulb or tried moving the current bulb to the other side of the truck?

In this taillight there are all new bulbs #3507 is for all sockets except the small bulb off to the side. Didn't change that one cause it never went out. Also a new socket assembly and a new connector spliced in. I don't have meters and am way more mechanical than electrical. Dropped about 60 bucks on the new parts so I'm out that.
So I have a local shop a mile up the rode that said they would drop scanner/meter on the system and see if they could find it.
I will update if they find something.

Thanks. A quick update. The mechanic found an exposed wire. Fixed it and problem went away.
Thanks for the replies. Merry Christmas.
