2004 hemi knock

Thinking abt buyin a 2004 hemi but it has egine knock 80,000 miles .. What parts i may need to exclude the knock ?

Correct - posted in the wrong section.

However my 2012 Ram has a hemi knock to it.. Had the truck from only 2 miles on the thing.
